Off The Beaten Path

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never ever the same.

Daylilies

The yard is full of flowering daylilies, but the magic only lasts one day. So you have to take the pictures when you think about doing so, because tomorrow will be to late.

Like William Shakespeare once imply, beauty doesn't last eternal, one of the ways to preserve beauty is through poetry. and you preserved the beauty by taking its picture haha:)

yes, that is true, they usually have more than one flower each. This one had two. These are fairly young plants, so they don't have that many flowers as yet.
