Off The Beaten Path

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never ever the same.

Autumn in Connecticut

My husband's sister lives in Meridan, CT. This picture is from Beaver Pond, Meridan, they have the most beautiful fall colors.

The Fall Colors are so Pretty, especially the Fall Colors from the East. Here the trees are bare, I am not looking forward to the Winter Driving.

Isnt it lovely, I wish I lived there, they have so much prettier fall colors a little more north. I wanted to move there right after I was married, when my husbands mother was still alive, she was there, and i wanted the kids to be near her. But she passed away and then the urge to move passed also.

But I still think it one of the prettiest places in the world.
