Well it is a gorgeous, sun shiney day. Birds are out in force, butterflies have landed and there is much in bloom out there now. We are having temperatures in the 70's. It always amazes me that one day it can be freezing and the next it will be 75.
I went shopping early this morning, I am going to bake a turkey tomorrow and I needed the ingredients to make the stuffing. I am not going to do a traditional turkey meal, I am going to deviate a bit and make a jello salad and a three bean salad. Of course there will be yams, mashed potatoes and gravy to go with the turkey and dressing. And I suppose I will toss in some green beans. Then we can eat left overs the rest of the week. haha

It snowed here last night but it's all melted now, it's still cold though, brrrrrr.
