Off The Beaten Path

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never ever the same.

Hi Elween, it was a very pretty grasshopper, although they are not my favorite bug. They eat my plants.

I got a picture of little green frog also.....he was INSIDE the house.

Hi Quilly, he really was quite a speciman wasn't he.....we left him to go on his way. I have a problem even killing bugs, although they can do real damage to my plants.......

Ants and cockroaches are the exceptions........and scorpions......I would turn them lose, if they would stay outside, but they won't.....

Hi queenie, I have five grandson's, NO granddaughters. My eldest son lost his little girl when she was seven months in the womb. That is as close as we came to a granddaughter......but I like boys......too. :):)

We have lots of grasshoppers here, but not all this pretty........
