Off The Beaten Path

Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people move our souls to dance. They awaken us to new understanding with the passing whisper of their wisdom. Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon. They stay in our lives for awhile, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never ever the same.

California Coast

Since I am from California I go back once or twice a year, we usually drive up Highway 1, the Pacific Coast Highway on our way to visit in my hometown. My kids live in Southern Cali, so I usually fly into LAX, rent a car and drive. Since my Mother's passing I am not sure if I will take this trip each year. Especially since my daughter is now out on her own and probably won't be able to make this trip with me. Nick isn't a traveler and has no interest in going. As life changes so do our excursions. I will miss these trips up the coast.

Hi Nea
Like you I do not blog too often these days (although I regularly read others). You shut off your blog some time ago, so I had not visited recently. But today I wondered, "What's become of Nea" - I clicked on your blog and here you are again!
Nice to meet up once more.

Hello There, I have thought of you over the last few years, wondered if you are still biking....and often wish that I could meander down a country road on a bike just enjoying the peace of it all. I had health issues for a while there so bad that just getting through the day was major effort, I am better now, but once you are away from blogging, it becomes hard to even find the people you once knew. Some of the blogs are completely closed, and in truth I have forgotten where to find them. My memory is also a bit shot...I can find you now....I have a link....:):) Thank you for looking me up. I had the blog shut down because someone in my past was making my life miserable and stealing my pictures. For what purpose you say, just to make me upset.....and it worked....I didn't notice long ago that they had a limit as to how much data storage you have, by posting pictures I suppose I will eventually use it all up....I will drop by and say Hi......

Hello Chana.......haven't seen you in such a long time. I clicked your name but it didn't take me to your blog, do you still blog. Do you do facebook? I am there also. I go in spurts with the blogging and such.......my memory is so bad, if I don't use something for awhile, I forget how to even get back into it..the kids are all over at facebook, so I usually go there everyday, and I play some of the games too. How have you been? I am so glad you stopped by......we need to find a way to get back to visiting one another once in awhile....:)
